Troubleshooting
If an error occurs in the device, an alarm will be displayed as a pop-up on the touch panel.
There are two levels of alarms: "Error", and "Warning".

Immediate stop. Resolve the cause of the alarm and prepare the device to resume operation. Cooking will be stopped when the device stops. Cooking cannot be resumed. Empty the contents of the pot. |

Description | Normal operations (cooking, cleaning, and related functions) cannot be performed until the cause of the alarm is resolved. If cooking was in progress, you can resume cooking by touching [OK] on the alarm pop-up after resolving the cause. |
How to Handle Alarm Level "Error"

Check the details of the alarm with

Refer to the Alarm List (user-resolvable items) and take appropriate action.

Once the action is complete, touch [OK].
If [Contact TM support.] is displayed, immediately stop this device and contact the TechMagic customer service center.
How to Handle Alarm Level "Warning"

Check the warning code and content of the alarm with
displayed.
Refer to the Alarm List (user-resolvable items) and take appropriate action.

Once the action is complete, touch [OK] to resume operating the device.

| 4024 | Pot Temperature Reading Abnormality |
The pot temperature sensor cover is dirty. Alternatively, ingredient addition is detected during oil heating. |
Check the operation while the oil is heated. If the pot temperature sensor cover is dirty, follow the guide instructions to clean it in Cleaning mode. |
