Daily Maintenance
To use this device safely and cleanly, perform cleaning daily.
If you leave food residue (oil, cooking residue, attached substances, etc.) unattended, it may lead to poor sanitary conditions, device malfunction, and reduced performance.
Do not pour water on the device. Failure to do so may result in an electricity leak or electric shock.
When cleaning the device, wear work clothes and gloves in accordance with local hygiene standards.
