Cleaning the Sink

Follow the instructions in Cleaning mode to clean the sink.

Avoid cleaning inside the sink immediately after washing and wait until it has sufficiently cooled before doing so.
There is a risk of burns.

1. Open the sink shutter.

   

2. Wash the inside of the sink.

   Food residue tends to accumulate at corners and edges, so clean it thoroughly.

3. Remove the residue that has accumulated in the strainer.

4. Return the strainer to its original position.

   

Replacing the Scraper

The scraper rubber for the scraper requires periodic replacement. Follow the steps below.

Avoid replacing the scraper rubber for the scraper immediately after washing and wait until it has sufficiently cooled before doing so.
There is a risk of burns.

NOTICE

Replace the scraper rubber for the scraper periodically (every six months to one year).
Also, if any abnormalities are found in the scraper rubber (such as cracks, tears, or wear on the rubber), replace it immediately.
Damage to the scraper or peeling of the coating inside the pan can lead to reduced cleaning performance.

1. Open the sink shutter.

   

2. Remove the scraper rubber by pulling it out from the scraper’s attachment point (gap area).

   

3. Apply a lubricant, such as alcohol, to the new scraper rubber.

   NOTICE

   

   Do not use oil-based lubricants.
   Residue from non-volatile ingredients may cause the scraper rubber to come off easily.

4. Insert the scraper rubber fully into the scraper’s attachment point (gap area) to secure it in place.
